ahha so dad went to bangkok with nishimura san haha i think that how you spell his name. yesterday's training was good. i like to have long weights sessions. i do alot more!and my throws were ok haha discus haha it is so much less tiring as compared to shot putt i feel like i have alot more life in me even after i finish throwing. and despite being lack of sleep.

ok bad bad english. hmm today was a day in total pain. my shoulder was super pain at the back it is still pain as i type and hmm the terrible monthly pain and apparently iris went to sleep at the sick bay because of that while i slept in the last 5 mins of physics and the whole of the 2nd bio! ahhh it was damm bad during bio and i could hear shir talk abit here and there. ahh my shoulder. i realise that when i am injured i am not focused at all.

ok the highlight of the day is kranji.

i was rather dormant but kranji has thaught me how to feel sad. For the families that lost their young sons. Courage the soldiers had within them and love for my country.

i hope for peace forever more for it has been good all these years for singapore. we are all living in ivory towers of different height while others literally live in mud houses. we must be thankful for what we have no matter how busy our lives are.

wee its sunday and i went for the 4.30 busy bee class today which i enjoy alot! i like the teacher better! she is very interesting! much better than my teacher! haha ok so yesterday was all comers and well i think it is a good start to this season. i think as an athelete i am becoming better mentally. i am able to hang on even if my first throw was not good. i have became more calm and composed even if it is just all comers. i can sit there and talk and have little chit chats and still at the end i am able to make my throws improve. it is ok i guess to loose this round but i hope to win at nats because that is the thing that counts and it is the one that allows me to go further! the target is far i hope i reach it.

i hope that i would be the one that goes. i just want to go alone or with someone else but not see other people go and not get to go.

i saw iris dance and alicia and zhiting was wearing contacts, yuxuan is super obvious and ya i did enjoy watching it apart from the irritating sec3s! they are terribly behaved! it is so bad! ya i enjoyed myself helping them though i think that claire is a much better speaker and i defintely enjoyed her speech more last year. montage was like nice in a old fashion way which is really cool. i really think that this year is of to a good start! jiayou BATCH 09!
