for throws studies huiguan and council hopefully. am i regretting? i hope not and mindaktif was a mess and i didn't understand anything but it was fun. training sucks now i am really getting fat and slow and i am flying off arrrggghh seriously i don't really have that vibe to go for training after he threaten to make me run like scott. rounds and rounds around the track. damm!
